Welcome! Let me introduce myself

Adaptation Scaled

Ever since I was a child, intuitive “messages” came to me. I didn’t realize not everyone experienced this until I was punished multiple times, so I shut it down. Eventually, I was drawn to becoming a massage therapist. Little did I know that putting my hands on people would bring back the intuitive messages. I tried to suppress it, but ultimately, I embraced my gift and began sharing the messages with the caveat, “Take what serves you and leave the rest.” I have honed this gift and am now able to draw on it at will as opposed to it surprising me. I have been accessing and utilizing this gift in many formats for about 35 years.

What does a session look like

I start each session with a prayer, asking the Divine to take control and for my ego to be set aside. I seek a connection to the client’s higher power and request protection for both of us from any influences that are not for our highest good. Then, I find out what the client is interested in working on. It’s important to note that while I write down the client’s initial concerns, Spirit doesn’t always start there. I liken this process to peeling an onion; sometimes we need to remove layers to get to the core issue. To verify my answers, I use muscle testing. The Body Code employs a technique that involves using a magnet along the spine. Through an acupressure class, I learned that the thumb can replicate the top of the head down the spine, so I incorporate this technique into the clearing process to release blockages. If you’re not familiar with energy work, it might seem strange at first! However, rest assured that it is effective, and I have numerous clients who can attest to its benefits!

What can you achieve?

This approach is effective for addressing issues such as PTSD, anxiety, and unresolved physical problems. Often, a physical ailment may be linked to a trapped emotion or even an inherited trapped emotion. This work can assist in releasing unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. It is particularly beneficial for healing trauma, managing feelings of anger, and improving self-esteem, among many other emotional challenges.
